Alexandra Levit is the founder and CEO of Inspiration at Work, a woman-owned futurist consulting business with the goal of preparing organizations and their employees to be competitive and marketable in the future business world. A recent nationally syndicated columnist for the Wall Street Journal , Alexandra has authored several books, including the bestsellers They Don’t Teach Corporate in College , Humanity Works: Merging People and Technologies for the Workforce of the Future, and Deep Talent: How to Transform Your Organization and Empower Your Employees Through AI.
Alexandra received a certificate in strategic foresight from the University of Houston. She consults, writes, and conducts proprietary research on leadership, management, human resources, technology adoption, entrepreneurship, innovation, learning and skills gaps, gender and generational differences, DEI issues, and other career and workplace trends on behalf of numerous companies including Adecco, American Express, Dayforce, Deloitte, Manpower, and Upwork. She has also spoken about these topics at hundreds of organizations on five continents including Abbott, ADP, Bank of America, Cardinal Health, Campbell Soup, Exelon, the Federal Reserve Bank, the Human Capital Institute, HR Executive, McDonalds, Microsoft, PepsiCo, the Society of Human Resource Management, and Whirlpool.
Alexandra has worked extensively with the U.S. government, serving as a member of Business Roundtable’s Springboard Project, which advised the U.S. Department of Labor on current employment issues. She collaborated with the U.S. Department of Defense to reboot its Transition Assistance Program for military veterans, and most recently, received a federal small business grant from the National Institutes of Mental Health. In partnership with the NU Feinberg School of Medicine, Alexandra has developed a clinically significant intervention to alleviate the unemployment effects of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
In addition to past assignments writing for the New York Times, Fortune, Forbes, Time, U.S. News and World Report, and The Atlantic, Alexandra is also a frequent media spokesperson and is regularly featured in outlets such as National Public Radio and CNN. She was named an American Management Association Top Leader for two years in a row and has also been Money Magazine’s Online Career Expert of the Year.
A member of the Northwestern University Council of 100, Alexandra received the prestigious Emerging Leader Award from her alma mater. The award honors a Northwestern graduate who has made a significant impact in her field and in society. She was also named to the Thinkers50’s Radar. Stephanie Loeck

Stephanie Loeck is a driven workforce and education advocate committed to advancing economic opportunity and improving community outcomes. Leveraging a unique background in development, strategy, communications, and policy, she has spent the bulk of her career driving forward change initiatives.
Currently, Stephanie serves as Vice President of Strategic Development at GPS Education Partners, where she leads initiatives driving national growth to foster social impact in work-based learning. In this role, she shapes and executes the organization’s long-term growth strategies by supporting financial sustainability, partnership development, thought leadership, and work-based learning advocacy. She has been instrumental in developing GPS Ed’s signature six-part approach to work-based learning design, which is a learner-centered framework to help practitioners address program design, implementation capacity, and continuous improvement.
Previously, Stephanie served as Vice President of Partnerships at America Succeeds, where she focused on engaging business leaders in modernizing education systems through policy advocacy and the organization’s signature projects, including Durable Skills and Age of Agility. Earlier in her career, she worked in economic development for a chamber of commerce and for a variety of technology startups. She has also gained extensive experience working as a consultant with nonprofits, small businesses, and on strategic communications and advocacy campaigns.
In addition to being an active speaker and facilitator for the education sector, Stephanie participates in several national boards, including the CAPS Network Advisory and, previously, CompTIA’s Career and Technical Education Council, where she helps champion the expansion of authentic, career-connected learning experiences aligned to the ever-changing future of work.
Stephanie is a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing, and holds a professional certification in corporate social responsibility. Based in Colorado, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and two basset hounds.

Stephanie Reisner is a recognized nonprofit executive and human resources leader celebrated for pioneering innovative work-based learning models that bridge the gap between education and industry. As the President and CEO of GPS Education Partners, she has helped transform career pathways for over 10,000 students, while building partnerships with hundreds of businesses, schools, and community organizations nationwide.
Stephanie’s professional journey spans over 30 years in human resources, organizational development, and nonprofit leadership. She previously served for 16 years at Generac Power Systems, culminating in her role as Vice President of Human Resources. It was there that she helped launch the “Second Chance” program in 2000, an educational initiative that connected disengaged students with technical career opportunities. Under her visionary leadership, the program evolved into an independent nonprofit, GPS Education Partners, which grew from a local pilot into a national leader in work-based learning solutions and youth apprenticeship programs.
A passionate advocate for advancing equitable access to high-demand careers, Stephanie has spoken at several national conferences, including the ACT Workforce Summit, Close-It Summit, SXSW EDU, ASU-GSV, and JFF Horizons. She regularly collaborates with influential business and school leaders, championing high-quality work-based learning and expanding professional development for educators.
In January 2022, Stephanie was appointed to the Board of Trustees of Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC). She also serves on the Leadership Council for Manufacturing Skills Standard Council (MSSC) and on the Carroll University President’s Advisory Council.
Serving in these roles enables her to help align education with workforce needs on a systems level, creating more seamless pathways for learners and employers alike.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Organizational Development from Carroll University.
